We procure all our fresh meat form our local butcher in dollar Brian Devlin, whom we have been using for over 3 years. He supplies us with the finest and leanest Stirlingshire Beef, Hillfoot’s Lamb and Poultry and the award winning Ramsey of Carluke Black Pudding, alongside all of our BBQ products including the deliciously tasty and lean Leek and Pork link sausages.

VEGETABLES

We visit Glasgow Fruit and Vegetable Market on a regular basis to procure our fruit and vegetables. This is the only way that you can be sure of getting the very best of produce, by picking it up yourself, examining it for freshness and quality and apart from anything else you tend to find something that little bit extra special there that you don’t find in the pages of a wholesale catalogue.
